HAS Travel Dot Com, is a full service, internet based travel agency operated by
H.A.S. Travel, Inc.. We are a privately held corporation, registered with the
Philippine, Securities and Exchange Commission. Our 2,500 square foot main
office is located on the 9th floor of the Strata 2000 Building, on Emerald
Avenue in Pasig City, Philippines; just two blocks from the Philippine Stock
Exchange in the heart of the Manila financial district. Our 35 employees
include experienced managers, supervisors, travel and booking agents, writers
and researchers, programmers, operators and related support staff with a broad
spectrum of expertise in the areas of software development, travel and tourism,
journalism, research, value added services, and information and technology
management.

Our Services
HAS Travel Dot Com, provides a complete array of online travel services
including air, land and sea transport, hotel & resort accommodations,
airport and hotel transfers, specialty travel tours, discount vacation
packages, exclusive (or exotic) travel packages, as well as comprehensive
travel insurance and personalized travel assistance. Our experienced
reservations officers provide real time booking and travel assistance to our
international mix of clientele, using a combination of communications
technologies including voice (telephone), email and real-time, online chat, as
well as text messaging and facsimile. We DO NOT outsource any of our operation
to outside call centers, or use electronic answering machines, or other forms
of technology to reduce our operational overheads, but instead provide good
ole personalized service to each and every client, using our own LIVE travel
agents.

Our Management
Our management team is a close knit group of seasoned professionals with
extensive experience in travel and tourism, research, information technology,
broadcasting, journalism and multi-media services development, management and
promotion. With previous success operating startup companies, managing rapid
growth, and running small to midsize privately held companies, the HAS
management team has the execution experience necessary to realize the companys
vision of becoming a leading travel facilitator, in the rapidly growing online
travel industry.

Sheilla Johnson,
(President & CEO) is a tireless entrepreneur with nine years of experience
in the areas of broadcasting, telecommunications, sales and marketing, and
travel and tourism. She started her career as a newscaster for ABS-CBN, the
Philippines
leading television network. Later joined Smart Communications, the largest
Philippine wireless network operator, where she served in a number of
capacities, before starting her first business in 1998. Sheilla has since
developed three successful, privately held companies including HAS
Communications, Corp., and now oversees our progressive management team. She
holds a BS degree from Ateneo De Davao University, in Mass Communications.

Michael Johnson,
(VP, Operations) is a professional consultant and HAS pioneer. He began at MCI
Communications, where he worked in the
Western
Region
Control
Center
as a technical network troubleshooter. When the wireless revolution began, he
moved to LA Cellular Telephone (now ATT Wireless), and developed one of the
first ever, automated Network Management Systems. Later he accepted consulting
positions in both Hong Kong and the
Philippines
, where he worked for 9 years as Project Consultant, managing the
build out of two highly successful wireless telephone networks. Mikes
responsibilities include Service Development, Technical Integration and Project
Management. He is a licensed helicopter pilot, who studied Business Management
and Information Technology at the University of Phoenix, Arizona and
TJC
College,
Tulsa,
Oklahoma.

Atty. Eduardo Dela Cruz, (Corporate Secretary) is our in house
legal counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is a graduate of Far Eastern
University, Philippines where he received a degree in Corporate law in 1974.
Atty. Dela Cruz is an experienced corporate lawyer and is a valuable member of
our core management team.
